Boxing For Beginners
There’s a lot of trust in any coach/trainee relationship, but we don’t expect to be able to just tell you how great we are and have you trust us.
We offer FREE classes so you can come and try things out to see if boxing and Boxing914 are right for you.
On Tuesday, and Friday evenings, we have a Boxing for Beginners class that runs from 6:45pm to 7:45pm. On Wednesday nights, we have our Women’s Only class from 8:00pm to 9:00pm. On Saturday mornings, we have our Boxing for Kids class from 10:30am to 11:15am.
They’re all FREE, and if anything we have said elsewhere has been the slightest bit interesting, we encourage you to stop by and check us out. It might be the best thing that ever happens to you
Boxing For Men
Our boxing program engenders confidence. It’s true in some sense about all athletic endeavors. You will set goals. You will work hard. You will achieve them. You will set new goals. You will work hard. You will achieve them. You will do this over and over again, and in the process, you will learn, deep down, that you can accomplish anything if you work hard enough. Once you have learned that, you will look at every challenge, every deadline, every catastrophe not as a chance to fail, but as an opportunity to succeed beyond your wildest imagination.
Boxing For Women
Our Women's boxing program benefits are trifold: you get a great workout, you train your mind to be more focused and attentive, and you learn to defend yourself effectively, even against people who might outweigh you. There really is no better solution than boxing if you are looking for a new way to get fit or to learn a skill that will be invaluable throughout your life. When you are trained to fight, when your muscle and brain know exactly what to do when someone approaches you aggressively, you fear far less of the world.
Boxing For Fitness
Boxing is a great way to get fit. Of course, nothing is really just that simple. If all you want is to get fit, you can probably do that by riding a bike or jogging. There’s nothing wrong with those things except that they’re incredibly boring and the only challenge is really just doing it longer or faster. Private Boxing Training
$40 private boxing training introductory fee for fitness or competition.
As a boxer, training is everything. The importance of regular practice and a focused routine cannot be understated. It is important to train as a group to benefit from the sense of camaraderie and opportunities for professional advancement and networking. However, one on one training with a coach can remarkably improve your competition skills and fitness level. Many boxers either ignore or aren’t aware of the multifaceted benefits of private boxing. This type of training can provide first-class psychological conditioning, unique boxing technique instruction, knowledge and superior fitness and body conditioning.
Boxing For Kids
It’s hard to raise a child today. There are a million things they could be doing that you can’t even begin to keep track of. There really just isn’t a way you can keep them safe at all times, and that’s terrifying.
If that’s not enough—and it should be—there’s an epidemic of childhood obesity in this country, and obesity is something that can result in health problems for a lifetime.

We are learning every day that there are ways in which people with Parkinson’s disease can enhance their daily quality of life and even build impressive power, strength, flexibility, and speed! By exercising with coaches who know the ropes, you can fight your way out of the corner and start to feel and function better.
Boxing works by moving your body in all planes of motion while continuously changing the routine as you progress through the workout. These classes have proven that anyone, at any level of Parkinson’s, can actually lessen their symptoms and lead a healthier/happier life.
