Free Boxing Class

If you’re looking for an introduction to boxing but you’re not yet sure you want to put down money on a full training program or plan, our free classes are a great way to try out our gym and make sure that our programs are right for your needs.

There are free sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. On Tuesday and Fridays is our free Boxing for Beginners class, on Wednesday our Women’s Only Boxing for Fitness class, and on Saturday morning, our Boxing for Kids class.

This free class will give you a great introduction to our gym, our instructors, and what you could be learning if you sign up for a full training program.
